Roy: Yes, 1994 was the first time here at Mayday, we've played several times here but 1994 was the first, and we were very excited then, and it's always cool, we're always excited because it's a mega-event, so nothing has changed, the Mayday remained cool, on a really high niveau.

Daisy: OK, so, the newcomers, for you it's like, mmm, we look who plays there, the newcomers, what do you think about them? You hear new sounds, new rookies who stand behind the turntables, do you have any favourite? Or someone who you think still has to learn?

Ralf: Well, what is learning, it's hard to explain, I say, Mayday is a special event for an artist, learning goes by itself, the same was by us, when we one's on stage, 25000 people standing in front of them and they have to play, I think it's the greatest factor in the whole thing. I say, it's an experience, it happens only once, so it's also a special feeling for me to play at Mayday, and we have played enough there...

Daisy: Played enough?? Never again then??

Ralf: No, noo, I say, maybe next year, maybe the year after that, we'll see!

Daisy: Are you such artists who say, well, we wouldn't like to play this year, maybe two years later, or you say, if it happens, then happens, how's it going?

Roy: Well, I say it's the question of asking, Mayday is not an event where everybody can play, the Mayday agency, Low Spirit asks them, if they would like to play, and then says one yes or no. That is nice, I have to mention it, that there aren't any DJ's who always play, so if one's asked, they play likely, we play likely, this year we weren't asked, we don't play, if we would be asked again, we'll be absolutely glad, for us it's one of the biggest highlights where we can perform, so if we're asked, we play and that's it.
